For Try Before You Buy customers, if there are any products in your order that you do not wish to keep, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item, and then ship back the item within 5 days after receiving your shipping label. Return shipping is complimentary. 

For all other orders, we offer 7 day unconditional returns with free return shipping (unless otherwise specified). 

We will always hold ourselves to the highest standards in terms of product quality. If you receive a damaged product or a product with any clear defect, please contact us at support@amaraprema.com within 48 hours and we will solve this issue for you ASAP.
